About Neely Hogan-Jones, CSCS

Hi, I’m Neely. I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA-CSCS) based in San Antonio, with 21 years of experience helping people move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. Over the years, I’ve been a competitive athlete, university recreation staff member, group fitness instructor, lifeguard, fitness competitor, and personal trainer. No matter the role, one thing has always stayed the same: I care deeply about helping people find what actually works for their life, not just what looks good on paper.

Why I Do This

I created A2i Fitness for people who want fitness to feel like support, not stress. Whether you’re starting again after a setback or just need a better plan to stay on track, my goal is to give you structure, flexibility, and honest feedback.

We work together wherever you are—in person, virtually, in your home, or in my studio. Your plan adapts as life changes, but the support stays consistent

A Little More About Me

I have a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and I’m certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. I value long-term health and consistent effort over trendy quick fixes. My clients know me as someone who is down-to-earth, observant, and honest. I believe fitness should meet you where you are and grow with you over time.

I live in San Antonio, where I train clients in their homes, in my private studio, and through app-based programs. I believe mobility is just as important as strength training and that showing up consistently matters more than doing it perfectly. I often coach people through lunges and life at the same time.

I drink coffee like it’s a food group. My playlists mix the best of the 90s, true crime podcasts, and calming breath work tracks. I live in leggings, believe in breakfast tacos, and garden more for therapy than produce. Most of all, I love helping people feel capable, confident, and supported in their everyday life.
