Who It’s For

Online coaching is for anyone who wants professional guidance and accountability without meeting in person. It’s a great fit if:

• You live outside the San Antonio area
• You prefer training on your own but want a clear plan and expert support
• You already have some exercise or nutrition knowledge and need structure to stay consistent
• You want flexible coaching that fits into your schedule, wherever you are
• You have specific issues (injury history, health concerns, or training goals) and want a trainer to create a plan tailored to those needs

A Simple Way to Get Started

Most new online clients begin with a 3-Session Intro Coaching Package, designed to give us a strong foundation and allow you to experience how I coach virtually before deciding on ongoing support.

This structured start ensures you’re not just handed a plan, but supported as you begin using it.

What’s Included In Your Intro Package

Your Intro Coaching Package includes three structured video sessions:

Session 1 – Consultation & Strategy
We’ll meet for a 50-minute video consultation to review your goals, fitness history, current routine, lifestyle, and nutrition habits. From there, I’ll design your customized training plan inside the A2i Fitness app.

Session 2 – Plan Review & App Walkthrough
After your program is built, we’ll meet again to review your plan together. I’ll walk you through how to use the app, answer questions, and troubleshoot any setup or tracking issues so you feel confident getting started.

Session 3 – One-Week Check-In
After you’ve followed your plan for about a week, we’ll meet again to review progress, discuss how your body is responding, and make adjustments if needed. This ensures your program is truly personalized and sustainable.

In addition, your Intro Coaching Package includes:

• Full program setup in the A2i Fitness app
• Personalized recommendations based on your goals
• Messaging access through the app
• Guidance on tracking workouts and progress

You’ll need a fitness tracker, a scale, and a basic understanding of exercise and nutrition to get the most out of this option.

What Happens After the Intro Package
After your introductory sessions, we’ll decide together what makes the most sense moving forward.

Some clients choose to continue with ongoing online coaching for accountability, structured programming, and regular updates. Others prefer to use the plan independently and reconnect when they’re ready for the next phase.

There’s no pressure to commit beyond the Intro Coaching Package. The goal is to give you clarity, structure, and support from the start.
