Who It’s For
In-home personal training is for people who want expert guidance without the stress of driving to a gym or figuring it out alone. It’s especially valuable for:
• Adults looking to regain strength, energy, or mobility after time off
• People recovering from injury, surgery, or navigating health changes
• Those who need accountability and consistency, but don’t want a bootcamp vibe
• Professionals, caregivers, and retirees who want a plan that fits into their real life
• Anyone who’s tired of guessing, wasting time at the gym, or just wants workouts that actually work
A Simple Way to Get Started
Most new in-home clients begin with a one-time Intro Training Package, designed to give us a clear starting point and allow you to experience how I coach.
Your first session begins with a 50-minute consultation in your home or office. From there, we’ll apply what we discuss through personalized training sessions so you can feel how in-home training works in real life.
This approach gives you the opportunity to explore training without pressure to continue beyond the initial sessions.
What’s Included in Your Intro Training Package
Your consultation and initial sessions are used to understand your goals, movement patterns, and lifestyle so training fits into your real life, not the other way around.
Your Intro Training Package includes:
• Goal review and health history
• Strength, endurance, cardio, and flexibility testing
• Measurements and optional “before” photos
• Nutrition review and guidance
• Discussion of daily routines, habits, and time constraints
• Monthly schedule planning
• Two personalized training sessions following your consultation
• A custom follow-up report with fitness and nutrition recommendations
What Happens After the Intro Package
After your introductory sessions, we’ll decide together what makes the most sense moving forward.
Some clients choose to continue with ongoing in-home personal training, while others prefer to take what they’ve learned and continue on their own. Either option is completely fine.
If you continue, we’ll move into 50-minute private training sessions right in your home. Whether you have a full gym setup or just a small open space, I’ll make the most of what you have and bring equipment if needed.
There’s no space too small and no need to buy expensive gear. I design effective, personalized workouts that work in living rooms, home offices, garage—wherever you feel most comfortable. I can also recommend affordable equipment options that fit your plan, space, and budget to support long-term success.
Each ongoing client also receives access to my fitness app, where every workout is clearly outlined so you know exactly what to do between sessions. We’ll check in regularly, update your plan every 6–8 weeks, and adjust as your strength, energy, and needs evolve.
How To Get Started
To get started, please contact me first to confirm availability. You can fill out the contact form , call or text me directly. Once we’ve confirmed a time, I’ll send you a private link to submit payment and secure your spot.
Intro Training Package pricing varies based on location and availability and will be discussed once I have a better sense of your goals and where sessions would take place.
No Pressure to Commit
The Intro Training Package is designed to give you clarity and direction. If you decide not to continue with ongoing personal training, that’s completely okay.
You’ll still walk away with a fitness assessment, personalized guidance, and a clear understanding of what your body needs and how to move forward—no strings attached.
