Start with a 50-minute consultation in your home or office. We’ll assess your fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle to create a personalized plan that fits your goals, space, and schedule.

Your consultation includes:
• Goal review and health history
• Strength, endurance, cardio, and flexibility testing
• Measurements and optional “before” photos
• Nutrition review and guidance
• Discussion of daily routines, habits, and time constraints to build a plan that fits your real life
• Monthly schedule planning
• Custom follow-up report with fitness and nutrition recommendations

What Happens After Your Consultation
Once your consultation is complete, we’ll begin 50-minute private training sessions right in your home. Whether you have a full gym setup or just a small open space, I’ll make the most of what you have, and bring equipment if needed.

There’s no space too small and no need to buy expensive gear. I design effective, personalized workouts that work in living rooms, home offices, patios—wherever you feel most comfortable. I can also recommend affordable equipment options that fit your plan, space, and budget to set you up for long-term success.

All you have to do is open the door. I’ll take care of the rest.

Each client also receives access to my fitness app, where every workout is outlined clearly, so you always know what to do between sessions. We'll check in regularly, update your plan every 6–8 weeks, and adjust as your strength, energy, and needs evolve.

You can fill out the contact form or call/text me directly. Once we’ve confirmed a time, I’ll send you a private link to submit payment and secure your spot.

Consultation: $130 (one-time)
This is your first step toward a personalized fitness plan.

Ongoing training rates vary based on your location, training frequency, and goals. Most clients train 1–3 times per week, and pricing will be discussed during your consultation to ensure we find the right fit for your needs and schedule.

No Pressure to Commit
The consultation is a valuable standalone service. If you decide not to continue with ongoing personal training, that’s completely okay. You’ll still walk away with a clear picture of your goals, a fitness assessment, and a custom follow-up report with fitness and nutrition recommendations you can put into action on your own.

A personalized training plan is included only for ongoing clients, but the consultation alone provides meaningful insight and direction—no strings attached.
